Abdul Halder's bridal wear collection- a dream attire of every bride

Abdul Halder received his training in fashion from Pearl Academy. He started his career by designing clothes for the one and only king of pop Michael Jackson. Abdul Halder received the young achiever's award in 2008 which was conferred to him by Hindustan Times. He is the only designer in the world to showcase his collection at the United Nation Headquarters in New York in 2008.

Abdul Halder displayed his collection of summer wear in a fashion show. The collection was cool and refreshing. The colours used were orange, mustard, deep red, fuschia, pink and yellow. This collection had elegant fabrics such as Lycra, viscose satin, stretch net. The clothes were also adorned with metal pieces. There were dresses, trousers, jumpsuits and blouses for women. Abdul Halder's men's wear included a button less silk jacket, four buttoned pocket shirts, shorts paired with tee shirts and peach jackets, white cross pocket trousers with a waistcoat and a one button narrow lapel jacket. The collection was a relaxed one and perfect for summer.

Abdul Halder's bridal collection received lots of appreciation. The collection for the groom was designed so well that it complemented the former. The bridal collection showcased was beautiful and displayed a mélange of the Victorian and the Mughal era. This amalgamation gave the collection its charm and appeal. The antique western elements were mingled with the bygone designs of the east and were presented with beautiful embroidery on them. Saris were the highlight of this collection along with sensuous lehengas, shararas and corsets. The fabrics used exhibited immense luxury as the collection consisted of opulent tulle, gleaming brocade, graceful silk and satin, pure georgettes voiles and lush velvets.

This bridal collection of Abdul Halder consisted of apt colours such as purple, red, blue, yellow, green, fuchsia, orange and pink that added a zing to the wonderful bridal apparels. Last but not the least; this magnificent bridal collection was embellished with polkis, kundas and crystal work. Abdul Halder certainly did not forget the groom. The men's wear showcased had regal achkans, rich suits and sherwanis which complemented the bridal wear very well.
